This agreement serves as a contract between Epic Screen Printing (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our customers (referred to as “you” or “customer”). 1. Scope of Services

We provide custom screen printing and embroidery services on garments and other products. All designs and customizations are executed based on the specifications provided by the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved all design details, specifications, and requested modifications before production.

2. Orders and Payment

• Order Confirmation: Orders are only confirmed once payment is received. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, check or bank transfer.
• Pricing and Fees: Pricing may vary depending on the type, quantity, and customization of products. All fees, including taxes and shipping costs, will be communicated during the order process. Once finalized, prices are non-negotiable.
• Deposits and Final Payments: For large orders, we may require a deposit prior to starting production, with the remaining balance due upon completion or before delivery.

3. Designs and Intellectual Property

• Customer-Provided Designs: By providing a design, logo, or image, you confirm that you have full rights to use it. Epic Screen Printing is not liable for any intellectual property infringement claims arising from customer-provided designs.
• Epic Screen Printing Designs: Designs created by Epic Screen Printing remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Production Process

• Approval of Proofs: We will provide digital proofs for your review and approval prior to production. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve all design details. We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs.
• Production Timeline: Production timelines may vary based on the complexity of the order. Estimated delivery times will be communicated during the order process. We strive to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a production error on our part.
• Defective Products: If a product is defective due to a mistake in production, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or credit.
• Order Cancellations: Cancellations may only be accepted prior to production. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, and payment is non-refundable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders. We are not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect details provided by the customer.
• Adherence to Terms: By using our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and any additional guidelines provided by Epic Screen Printing.

7. Liability Limitation

Epic Screen Printing is not liable for any damages beyond the cost of the service provided, including but not limited to lost profits, indirect, or incidental damages. In the event of an error on our part, our liability is limited to replacement of the product or a refund at our discretion.
